Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AQA Hub, a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses handle customer inquiries across chat channels with AI-assisted replies and human handoff. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AQA Hub in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

AQA Hub provides a platform for businesses to connect customer-facing chat channels (including Telegram, Zalo, WhatsApp, email, and voice), configure AI agents, and manage customer inquiries with a combination of automated AI replies and human operator handoff. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AQA Hub only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use the service to transmit spam, malicious content, or any material that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights. Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent usage limits are prohibited.

Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at privacy@aqahub.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AQA Hub platform, including the software, branding, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to us. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the platform, and you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the platform. Your continued use of AQA Hub after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
